Dream Work

drawing of dream mapDream Work is a specialty that uses a combination of guided imagery, dream re-entry, art-making, journaling, discussion, interpretation, drumming, and movement to better understand and process the meaning of our dreams. Everyone dreams, whether remembered or not, and each of us holds the keys to our greatest mysteries. We spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping and dreaming. World cultures and religions throughout history have addressed how powerful, healing, and insightful dreams can be, teaching us how to use dreaming as a tool for such things as self-awareness, problem solving, conflict management, creative inspiration, critical thinking, astral travel, and even communication with the deceased.

Learn how to work with sleep cycles, lucid dreaming, recurring dreams, out-of-body dreams, visitation dreams, shared dreams, precognitive dreams, sleep paralysis, symbolism and metaphor, archetypes, mythology, dream mapping, techniques for remembering, ways to interpret, and more! Specific questions or concerns are welcome.Jason K Norris performing with dream troupe
