Sound Healing

Come into resonance and embody your intentions, individually or with a group. To address specific conditions and help channel desired change, Jason K. Norris uses a combination of tuning forks on or around the body, hands-on touch, focused intention, and the occasional singing or drumming.

Individual sound healing sessions can address personal needs supporting work with stress (relaxing physical tension and calming mental activity), addictions (from food and substances to emotions and behaviors), conflict management and problem solving (opening new channels of possibility), and injury rehabilitation (muscles, bones, nerves, organs, and joints).

Jason K Norris using Tuning ForksUsing weighted tuning forks directly on the body, research shows that Nitric Oxide (NO) release is stimulated in the cells, causing them to expand and contract, pushing out toxins, which can then by cleansed by the lymphatic system. The tuning forks help stimulate and regulate the bodies' natural cellular rhythms of NO release. Additionally, unweighted tuning forks are used around the body or in front of the ears and specific intervals are combined to address various needs.

Group sound healing sessions provide a space to begin group process with a sound "attunement" to help everyone come into resonance and embody the overall intention. Unweighted tuning forks are used around the room and within the group to help clear and calm space, build community, improve cognitive functioning, and invoke embodied change. With drumming, specific rhythms can be used to induce specific brain states. A guided drum journey can help manifest your groups purpose through visualization and rhythmically active imagination.
